Communications enables you to access four communications tools:
- Chats: View and respond to messages, from people who are visiting your website, in real time
- Emails: Create, manage, and send emails to people and organizations
- Letters: Create, manage, and send letters to people and organizations
- Texts: Create, manage, and send text messages to people and organizations
In addition, the Records menu includes Media, which enables you to upload and store files and images for use in emails and letters.
