Reporting on Apple Mail Privacy Protected Opens
In order to better protect the privacy of email recipients, Apple has implemented Mail Privacy Protection (MPP), which hides the email open activity of their users. This means any email sent to Apple Mail users (i.e., iPhones) are now automatically counted as opens, even if the recipient did not open the message.
With our new email reporting feature, you’ll now be able to see how many messages are opened by Apple Mail Protected email clients.
