Creating a Permission Group

Navigation: Settings > Permissions 

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click   
  2. Click Permissions. The Permissions Groups Manager will display.
  3. Click +Create. The Permissions Group Composer will display.



  4. Group Name: Enter the name of the permission group 
  5. Description: Describe the permission group so that other staff members will be able to easily identify it 
  6. Click +Add Members. A list of staff members will display.



  7. Check the box to the left of the Last Name field

    Tip: A staff member must have an active record status, and they can only be assigned to one permission group.

  8. Click Add Staff



  9. Click
