Viewing Smart Search Results

Navigation: Tools > Smart Search

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Tools
  2. Click Smart Search. The Smart Search Manager will display.
  3. In the Search field, enter the name of your Smart Search you want to run or scroll through the list of Smart Searches on the page 
  4. Click the name of the Smart Search. The Edit Smart Search page will display.



  5. Click Run
  6. Click Run Search

    1. Result Count: The total number of records 
    2. Full Name: The full name of the record
    3. City: The city of the record
    4. State: The state of the record
    5. Phone Number: The phone number of the record
    6. Email Address: The email address of the record


 

Changing the Smart Search Column Headers

Adding Column Headers to the Smart Search results page

  1. Click the Columns dropdown menu
  2. Select the field(s) you’d like to display on the Smart Search results page 



Removing Column Headers from the Smart Search results page

  1. Click the Columns dropdown menu
  2. Unselect the field(s) you want to remove from the Smart Search results page


 

Additional (non-default) Column Headers 

  1. Entry Term: The entry term of the record
  2. Student Status: The student status of the record
  3. Student Type: The student type of the record
  4. Updated At: The date and time the record was last updated
