Permissions Groups

Permissions Groups enables you to assign individual Fireworks users to a group and provide the group with specific permission to records and components in Fireworks. 

Fireworks includes five prebuilt permission groups:

  • Administrator: Provides full access to every feature in Fireworks. 
  • Admission Staff – Counselors: Provides view-only access to Records, Smart Search, Exports, and Reports. 
  • Admission Staff – Operations: Provides full access to every feature in Fireworks, with the exception of record deletion.  
  • Non-Admission Staff: Provides view-only access to records, but prevents access to Smart Search, Communications, Exports, and Reports. 
  • Student Worker/Volunteer: Provides view-only access to portions of Records. Prevents access to Smart Search, Communications, Exports, and Reports.
