Creating an Import Crosswalk Map

Navigation: Tools > Imports  > Crosswalk Maps

1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Tools
2. Click Imports. The Imports Manager will display.
3. Click Crosswalk Maps. The Crosswalks Manager will display.
4. Click + Create. The Crosswalk Map Composer will display.
   
   
   
   
5. Map Name: Enter the name of your crosswalk map
6. Description: Enter a description of the crosswalk map so that other staff members can easily identify it
7. Record Type: Select a record type from the Record Type dropdown menu. You may choose from People or Organizations and a list of applicable field values will display.
8. Field: Select a field from the Field dropdown menu
9. Source Values: Enter a Source Value from your data source file
10. Target Values: Select a Fireworks target value from the Target Values dropdown menu
11. Click  to insert a new row
12. Repeat steps 9-11 until you’ve added all of your desired source values
13. Click Save Map
