Accessing the Jobs Manager

Navigation: Tools > Scheduler

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Tools
  2. Click Scheduler. The Jobs Manager will display.


 

Jobs Manager Overview

FieldDescription
1. Search TableEnables you to search the list of jobs
2. ColumnsEnables you to select which columns to display
3. +CreateEnables you to create a scheduled job
4. NameThe name of the scheduled job
5. TypeThe type of scheduled job (e.g., email, letter, text, bulk update, export, import, report)
6. StartThe first date the job is scheduled to run
7. Created ByThe name of the staff member who created the scheduled job
8. Updated OnThe date the scheduled job was last updated
9. ActiveThe status of the scheduled job
