Viewing a Media File

Navigation: Communications > Media

View as Table 

1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Communications
2. Click Media. The Media Manager will display.
3. From the Media Manager, click  View as Table 
4. In the Search field, enter the name of the media file you want to view or scroll through the list of media files on the page
5. Click the name of the media file. The Media Upload Editor will display.
   
   
   

1. 1. Location: The URL of the media file
      
      
      1. Click Go to File. The file will display
      2. Copy and paste the URL into your email
         
         
   2. Size: The size of the media file
   3. System Storage Usage: The amount of storage you’ve used to date and the maximum storage you have available
      
      
      

 

View as Card

1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Communications
2. Click Media. The Media Manager will display.
3. From the Media Manager, click  View as Cards.  Your media files will display.
   
   
   
   
4. In the Search field, enter the name of the media file you want to view or scroll through the files on the page
   
   Tip: Click Sort to view your media files by name, source file, or description.
   
   
5. Click the file you want to open. The Media Upload Editor will display.
