Records enables you to create, manage, and track three types of records:
- Person records (e.g., students, parents, siblings, counselors, volunteers, alumnus/a, donors)
- Organizations records (e.g., high schools, colleges, companies, associations, event venues, community-based organization)
- Staff records (e.g., admission officers, financial aid officers, advisors, faculty, coaches, student workers)
In addition, the Records menu includes Duplicates, which enables you to evaluate and resolve possible duplicate records.
