Accessing the Staff Manager

Navigation: Records > Staff

Tip: To access Fireworks, the staff member must be assigned to a Permission Group.  

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Records
  2. Click Staff. The Staff Manager will display.


 

Staff Manager Overview

FieldDescription
1. Search TableEnables you to search the list of staff members
2. ColumnsEnables you to select which columns to display
3. +CreateEnables you to create a staff record
4. First NameThe first name of the staff member
5. Last NameThe last name of the staff member
6. Account OwnerIndicates whether the staff member is the account owner
7. Created OnThe date the staff record was created
8. Updated OnThe date the staff record was last updated


 

Changing the Staff Manager Column Headers

Adding Column Headers to the Staff Manager page

  1. Click the Columns dropdown menu
  2. Select the field(s) you’d like to display on the Staff Manager page

     

Removing Column Headers from the Staff Manager page

  1. Click the Columns dropdown menu
  2. Unselect the field(s) you want to remove from the Staff Manager page
