The Tools menu enables you to access to seven tools:
- Smart Search: Enables you to identify records using various criteria
- Reports: Enables you to create, generate, and manage standard and custom reports
- Bulk Update: Enables you to add, update, and delete a field or field groups in people and organization records in mass
- Exports: Enables you to export people and organization records from Fireworks
- Imports: Enables you to import people and organization records to Fireworks
- Scheduler: Enables you to schedule emails, letters, texts, bulk updates, imports, and exports to run at a future date and time, as well as create recurring jobs
- Tasks: Enable you to assign a task to a staff member
