Define your Smart Search criteria

• Student Type = Freshmen
• Student Status = All accept types, but not accept-withdrawn
• Entry Term = Fall 2022
• Action = Accept Email not sent

Build your Smart Search

   2. Operator: Contains any of
   3. Condition Value: Freshman
      
      Tip: To add a Linked Query Group, click + and select Linked Group after you add Group 1.

1. 1. Condition 1: Student Status – Student Status
   2. Operator: Contains any of
   3. Condition Values: Accepted – Accepted, Accepted – Accepted-Special, Accepted – Deferred-Accepted
      
      Tip: You can select multiple student types from the condition value field, if needed.
      
      
   4. Field: Active
   5. Primary: Yes
      
      Tip: Click + to add another condition to Linked Group 1.
      
      
   6. Condition 2: Student Status – Student Status Entry Term
   7. Operator: Contains any of
   8. Condition Values: Fall 2022
