Running a Report

Navigation: Tools > Reports

Report Formats

  • Interactive Reports – Enables you to customize how your data is formatted and displayed. 

    Tip: You can export reports to a CSV, Excel, or PDF file.

  • Print Reports – Provides your data in a print-ready format 

    Tip: Print reports will only generate a PDF document.

 

Running a Report

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Tools 
  2. Click Reports. The Reports Manager will display.
  3. Click +Run. The Report Composer will display.



  4. Click . The Smart Search Picker will display.



  5. In the Search field, enter the name of the Smart Search you want to use for the report or scroll through the list of Smart Searches on the page
  6. Check the box to the left of the Smart Search
  7. Click Choose



  8. Click  to choose a report template. The Report Picker will display.



  9. In the Search field, enter the name of the report template you want to use or scroll through the list of report templates on the page
  10. Check the box to the left of the name of the report template
  11. Click Choose



  12. Click Run. You will be returned to the Reports Manager page. A banner will display confirming that your report has been created.
