Accessing Email Templates

Navigation: Communications > Emails > Templates

  1. From the bottom navigation bar, click Communications
  2. Click Emails. The Email Manager will display.
  3. Click Templates



Email Templates Overview

FieldDescription
1. Search TableEnables you to search the list of email templates
2. ColumnsEnables you to select which column to display
3. +CreateEnables you to create an email template
4. NameThe name of the email template
5. StatusThe status (e.g., Draft, Ready to Use) of the email template
6. SubjectThe subject of the email template
7. DescriptionThe description of the email template

Tip: Although Description is not a required field, we recommend that you describe the email template to help other staff members easily identify it.
8. Created ByThe staff member who created the email template
9. Updated OnThe date the email template was last updated
