Navigation: Communications > Emails > Templates
- From the bottom navigation bar, click Communications
- Click Emails. The Email Manager will display.
- Click Templates
Email Templates Overview
Field | Description |

1. Search Table | Enables you to search the list of email templates |
2. Columns | Enables you to select which column to display |
3. +Create | Enables you to create an email template |
4. Name | The name of the email template |
5. Status | The status (e.g., Draft, Ready to Use) of the email template |
6. Subject | The subject of the email template |
7. Description | The description of the email template Tip: Although Description is not a required field, we recommend that you describe the email template to help other staff members easily identify it. |
8. Created By | The staff member who created the email template |
9. Updated On | The date the email template was last updated |
