Accessing a Text Conversation

Navigation: Communications > Texts > Conversations

  1. From the the bottom navigation bar, click Communications
  2. Click Texts. The Texts Manager will display.
  3. Click Conversations


 

Text Conversations Overview

FieldDescription
1. Search TableEnables you to search the list of texts
2. ColumnsEnables you to select which column headers to display
3. Text StatusThe icon will describe the status of the text conversation
4. Recipient NameThe name of the text recipient
5. TextThe content of the text
6. Last Staff ContactThe staff member who last responded to the text conversation
7. Last TextThe date and time of the last text conversation
