Report Types

Advanced – A report that includes complex data and specialized calculations.
CrossTab – A report that displays selected data by showing values at intersecting points of rows and columns.
Express – A tool that helps you quickly build basic reports.
Dashboard: A single page that includes key reports for quick reference.

Tip: Dashboards typically include reports that use different formats, graphs, and gauges.

From the bottom navigation bar, click Tools
Click Reports. The Reports Manager will display.
Click Templates. The Report Templates page will display.

Template Name	Description
Funnel - Action	The total number of students by action in a student status category (e.g., Prospect-Active, Prospect-Inactive, Inquiry-Active, Inquiry-Inactive, etc.).
Funnel - Activity	The total number of students by activity in a student status category.
Funnel - Admission	The total number of students by entry term in a student status category.
Funnel - Counselor	The total number of students by counselor in a student status category.
Funnel - Custom Field	The total number of students by custom field with a specific student status category.
Funnel - Gender	The total number of students by gender in a student status category.
Funnel - Geomarket	The total number of students by geomarket in a student status category.
Funnel - Interest	The total number of students by interest in a student status category.
Funnel - School	The total number of students by school in a student status category.
Funnel - School by Entry Term	The total number of students by school and entry term in a student status category.
Funnel - State	The total number of students by state in a student status category.
FW - Enrollment Funnel	The total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate for a particular term. Also includes, Applicants by Initial Source, Race & Ethnicity, Gender, County (top 5), and State (top 5).
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Gender	Pie chart displays the total number of students by gender in a student status category.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Gender - Drilldown	Crosstab and pyramid display total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate by gender.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Initial Source	Pyramid displays total number of students by initial source (e.g., application, fall preview day, inquiry form, act test scores, etc.).
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Initial Source - Drilldown	Crosstab displays the total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate by initial source.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Race & Ethnicity	Doughnut chart displays the total number of students in the enrollment funnel by race and ethnicity.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Race & Ethnicity - Drilldown	Crosstab displays the total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate by race and ethnicity.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Student Status	Crosstab displays the total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate by student status.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Top 5 Counties	Bar chart displays the total number of students within the enrollment funnel by the top five counties.

FW - Enrollment Funnel - Top 5 States	Bar chart displays the total number of students within the enrollment funnel by the top five states.
FW - Enrollment Funnel - Top 5 States - Drilldown	Crosstab displays the total number of applicants, number of accepts, percent accepted, number registered, number enrolled and yield rate within the top five states.
FW - Enrollment Snapshot	Dashboard displays the total number of applicants, admits and registrants, along with total number of students by initial source, first generation, race & ethnicity, gender, county (top 5), and student status.
FW - Enrollment Snapshot - Admits	Gage displays the total number of students with admitted student status.
FW - Enrollment Snapshot - Applicants	Gage displays the total number of students with applicant student status.

Student Profile Application Overview	Student application details as well as the five most recent official SAT combined and ACT composite scores. Print report only.
Student Profile - Full	Student profile data, including the five most recent actions and interest items. Print report only.
Top 50 Schools by Applicants	The top 50 schools by total applicants in a student status category.
Year Over Year - Action by Entry Term	Aggregate number of students by action, entry term, and student status category. Results will be displayed in a Year-Over-Year (YOY) comparison by students currently in a student status category, and by all students who were ever in that category.
Year Over Year - Activity by Entry Term	Aggregate number of students by activity, entry term, and student status category. Results will be displayed in a YOY comparison by students in a student status category, and by all students who were ever in that category.
Year Over Year - Admission	Aggregate number of students by entry term and student status category. Results will be displayed in a YOY comparison by students currently in a student status category, and by all students who were ever in that category.
Year Over Year - Application Major by Entry Term	Aggregate number of students by application major, entry term, and student status category. Results will be displayed in a YOY comparison by students currently in a student status category, and by all students who were ever in that category.
